These terms cover the use of this website and the quote-request service. IV Studio is operated by Isaac Claude Camilleri, a VAT-registered sole trader in Malta. By using the site you agree to these terms.

1. What this site is

This website presents IV Studio's portfolio and lets you build and submit a request for a website quote. Prices shown in the quote builder are indicative starting prices, not a binding offer. Submitting a quote request creates no obligation on either side.

2. Quotes and engagements

• After you submit a request, you'll receive a written quote with a fixed scope, price and delivery estimate. Work begins only after you accept that quote in writing.
• Any actual project is governed by the written quote/agreement for that project, which takes precedence over these general terms.
• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

3. Accounts and acceptable use

• You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit and for keeping your sign-in method secure.
• Don't misuse the site: no attempts to breach security, scrape at scale, submit spam or unlawful content, or impersonate others. Accounts used abusively may be removed.

4. Intellectual property

The content of this website (text, design, code, portfolio work) belongs to IV Studio or its clients and may not be copied or reused without permission. Ownership of work produced for a client project is defined in that project's written agreement.

5. Liability

The site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, IV Studio isn't liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website (for example, temporary unavailability). Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Maltese law.

6. Privacy

Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Malta, with Maltese courts having jurisdiction. Terms may be updated from time to time; the date above reflects the latest version. Questions: [email protected].
