FAQ
Questions people ask first.
Are the prices really fixed?
For most packages, yes: one listed price, every extra priced separately, nothing billed by the hour. Bigger builds (like shops, booking systems and client portals) show a “from” price, because the final figure depends on things like how many products or services you have. That's confirmed on a short call before any work starts, and you'll get the exact number in writing.
What's the difference between one-time and monthly items?
The package itself and setup extras (like SEO setup or a Google Business Profile) are paid once. Care plans are monthly: Basic covers hosting, SSL and daily backups; Care adds uptime monitoring, updates and security, and 30 minutes of edits a month. A domain renews yearly. Your quote shows each group separately.
Do prices include VAT?
No. All prices are shown excluding VAT, and 18% Maltese VAT is added on top. Your quote, PDF and email show the VAT and the total including VAT, so there are no surprises.
How does payment work?
25% to start (at least €100). You then see the finished site on a private preview link, and the remaining 75% is paid once you've approved it, before it goes live on your domain. Bigger builds (booking systems, online shops and client portals) are split in three: 25% to start, 25% when you approve the design, and 50% before launch.
Does asking for a quote commit me to anything?
No. Building and sending a quote is free and carries no commitment. You can also save it as a PDF or send the link to whoever helps you decide.
Can I see examples first?
Yes. There are 12 demos, two for each package, on each card in Packages. Open them and click around before you decide.
Can my site have animations as people scroll?
Yes, as an optional add-on in three levels: Reveals (€50), Signature Moment (€150), Full Scroll Story (€300). Scrolling stays at normal speed, it works on phones, and it switches off automatically for visitors who have turned animations off on their device. Pick one level; choosing another swaps it.
Will the domain be mine?
Yes. A custom domain is registered in your name and renewed yearly. A .com.mt address also has a one-off registry setup fee the first year, which is added to your quote automatically.
I need something that isn't listed. Can I still get a quote?
Yes. In the quote builder you can describe anything extra under “Something else?” and it's priced for you after a quick look, or you can describe it in a message below.
Who will I be working with?
